Get Involved- Volunteer

Who can volunteer? Well anyone! We have various membership categories that allow people to give back to their community and be a part of something very special.   Not everyone can say they are someone who takes time out of their life to help others in a time of great need.

Our Volunteers are a vital part of our organization.  Some ride actively on our ambulances and provide emergency care and others come and provide volunteer service to committees and other non emergency functions.

Volunteers can be eighteen years of age and older.  We will provide all the specialized training you need at no cost to you!

Contact us today.  We will be more than happy to sit down with you to discuss any questions you may have and to provide you with information on who we are and what we do.

Please print out the below application and send it in to:

If you are not sure about if this is for you, and you would like to learn more about our field, then please contact us about our Observer Program.  As a observer, you are not allowed to provide any patient care, but you do get to see what we do and the impact we can have on the community.  You would ride for one shift.  This is a great way to determine if becoming a EMT is something worth your time.  You do not have to be a EMT or even CPR certified, however you do need to be at least 18 years of age.  Email our Assistant Chief if you are interested in this program.
